We went to dinner here prior to going to a show nearby. From start to finish the service was very good. The interior was attractive and interesting. We started with the beet salad which was excellent. I had the branding that came with a white wine with cherry tomatoes sauce, asparagus and potatoes. It was cooked the way I like and the taste was great. My friend had the mushroom ravioli and liked it a lot. (we found out that the menu items with a star are favorites so good to know). For dessert my friend had the tiramisu that was excellent and I had the pistachio tart which was quite good.

Came here on a dinner dater after an NFL game at MetLife. We got there about an hour before our reservation, so the table obviously wasn't ready yet, but we had a drink at the bar while waiting. When we got to the table, we ordered a cheese pizza and prosciutto/burrata to share. For our entrees, I got the penne alla vodka and my boyfriend got the chicken parm. It was my first time here, although I've been to a different location before, but had great experiences at both restaurants!

Food was great! Service was excellent. The atmosphere was cozy, very cozy. There was some tables outside as well.

We came here for breakfast because we got a coupon from Dream Hotel and I was suspicious. From the outside, it looked like a no-nothing, do-nothing place. But the surprise was mine. I came in and they had a set menu for the coupon. First, they have gluten-free bread as an option. Check 1. Second, they had a couple of things that didn't feature eggs. Check 2. Third, the people who work there are so nice. The host kept checking on us. We ordered a coffee and got the refill. I got the smoked salmon plate, which was good and it had two beefy slices of tomatoes and sliced onions. My husband ate those. They were good. Then they replenished his toast, which was cool. The breakfast was good and filling. My husband enjoyed his omelet and said that he wanted to come back. And we will. This is a place that has a solid breakfast game and I'm willing to come back.

A true gem for Italian food lovers! The ambiance is lively and inviting, with a perfect balance of casual and chic. The pasta dishes are always good and flavorful. The service is average but friendly. Tried the chicken parm this time. It was good. Didn't really taste chicken compared to sauce and breading. Would come back.

A nice place to relax for a drink and food Old fashion was good. The burger tasted really good and the fries salted nicely. I tried my friend's pasta, which tasted okay for my liking. Overall I would come back for the vibe and try other items on the menu. Our server was friendly and attentive.

For years consistent good food Good ingredients Delish natural chiken Amazing Service too

Have you ever eaten something so good, you went back the very next day to order it again? Well that's what happened when we tried Serafina for my daughter's birthday dinner in NYC lol. My daughter loves Italian food and since this restaurant was right around the corner from our hotel, we decided to try it out. As soon as we walked in, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful the restaurant was. The dim lighting and the red hues all throughout the dining area really gave a nice vibe. We made reservations for 6:45pm on a Thursday and were seated right away. I ordered the Jalapeño Margarita (my fav) and it did not disappoint. We started with the Calamari and also ordered the Spaghetti Pomodori with Bolognese Sauce, Eggplant Parmigiana and the Spaghetti Carbonara. While we waited, we were served warm bread and olive oil for dipping as well. The Calamari was the perfect appetizer. It was fried perfectly and tasted great with the warm, marinara sauce. The food took a little while to be served but it was absolutely wonderful. The server added fresh Parmesan cheese to our dishes and it enhanced the flavors even more. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana (which isn't served with spaghetti) and savored every, delicious bite. I tasted the other dishes as well and the Spaghetti Carbonara was the best I've ever had. The service at Serafina was great and the food was so amazing, we ordered the same entrees the very next day "to-go" and thoroughly enjoyed it once more. I highly recommend stopping in and trying Serafina, you will not be disappointed!!!

Please forgive the pictures but we were seated in an area where there were a bunch of red lights all around us. I didn't really mind the lighting because we were able to score a table without having a reservation, on a Saturday night in Times Square. No complaints here, at all. The staff worked so well together to make our dining experience really special. We started out with the meatballs. They were absolutely delicious. The marinara was excellent, the meatballs were really good and we enjoyed them very much. For dinner I had the Spaghetti Carbonara. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente, just the way I like it. They used bacon instead of the regular Guanciale but I didn't mind it. I still got the smoky goodness that I expected from a good Carbonara. I highly enjoyed this place, it's worth a try for the customer service alone. The amazing food will bring you back again and again!
